Breathwork creates a direct path beneath the noise of the mind and into the felt experience of the body.
Through conscious breathing, we create space, shift our internal state and allow sensations, emotions and insights to emerge.
Some sessions are gentle and regulating. Others are deeper, more activating and expressive.
SUCO
SUCO is a guided movement experience combining music, active meditation, embodiment and human connection.
There is no choreography to learn. No performance. No right way to move.
Each session explores one specific theme, flow, detachment, creativity or joy, through guided movement, shaking, breath, free expression and integration.
The guidance opens the door.

It may include breathwork, active meditation, primal movement, shaking, journaling, ritual, partner work and integration.
